I just had the most amazing experience at JBC Restaurant. Their soups are an absolute delight! I ordered the Fish Maw & Chicken Stock soup and it was rich, flavorful, and had the perfect balance of saltiness and umami. The ramen was equally outstanding. The noodles were cooked to perfection, with a great chewiness. The broth was so delicious that I could tell it had been simmered for hours. I’m completely blown away by the Tonkotsu Ramen at JBC. The first sip of the broth was like a flavor explosion in my mouth. It’s so thick and creamy, with a beautiful balance of porky goodness and a hint of umami. The noodles are of excellent quality, maintaining their texture even as they soak up the delicious broth. The toppings are thoughtfully arranged. The chashu is succulent and pairs fantastically with the ramen. The addition of the seaweed and nori gives an extra layer of flavor. The overall presentation is also very appealing. It’s no wonder this ramen is a crowd favorite.
